Hi,All,

Following is the financial report of CSSF committee from July 1999 to June
2000,please take a look.

1. Balance transferred from CSSF committee of 1998-1999: $7089.63.

2. Income of CSSF from July 1999 to June 2000:
1). Sponsorship from The Consulate General of the People's Republic of China
in San Francisco:$600.00 for Mid-Fall Party of 1999; $600.00 for Spring
festival of 2000.
2). CSSF Membership fee: $635.00 received at Mid-Fall Party of 1999; $365.00
at Spring Festival Party of 2000.
3). Sponsorship from Asian Food in Sac : $300.00
4). income from rental of CSSF video tape:$160.00
Incomes in total: $2660.00.

3.  CSSF spending from July 1999 to June 2000:
1). CSSF registration fee paid to the UC Regents: $35.00.
2). Mid-Fall party: (1). Rental of putah creek lodge fee $120.50; (2). BBQ
and party spending: $514.00. In total: $634.50
3). Spring Festival Party: (1). The field rental fee: $226.00; (2). Food
charged by Ding Hao restaurant:$1900.00;(3). CD player purchased for the
dance party:$161.61; (4). Drinks, CDs, rental of video tape, other items for
the party: $270.95. In total: $2332.56.
4). Drinks for weekend dance parties: $100.00 ( Lei Xiaomao in charge).
5). Football purchased by Liukang Xu: $43.11.
IN TOTAL:$3145.17.
Summary: CSSF from July 1999 to June 2000 was in RED: $485.17 (
$2660-$3145.17 = -$485.17).

The balance transferred to the new CSSF committee of 2000-2001 is $6604.46.
